Cleanroom airlocks are the optimal solution for the controlled inward and outward transfer of products and materials between rooms of different purity classes. Active ventilated airlocks function the same way as partially active versions. Both operate according to the principle of low-turbulence displacement flow with vertical air flow. The purity class of the airlocks depends on the purity of the adjoining rooms. This would be around purity class 5 according to DIN EN ISO 14644. Purity class A/B, according EG-GMP-Guideline, is also achievable. As only one door can be opened at a time, contamination is automatically prevented. The entry of airborne particles to the purified area is reduced to a minimum. Installation in different types of walls is possible for every airlock.

Thanks to the integrated blower with a class H14 particulate filter, the active material hatch operates completely autonomously within any ventilation system in the cleanroom.
This active material lock has a class H14 HEPA filter along with its own fan. It works fully autonomously within the ventilation system of the cleanroom. The material lock works according to the principle of low turbulence displacement flow with vertical air flow. The purity class depends on the adjoining rooms. Purity class 5, according to DIN EN ISO 14644, corresponds to purity class A/B as per EC GMP Guidelines, Annex 1.

The semi-active material pass boxes are equipped with an HEPA filter of class H14. It is also supplied with connection pieces for the supply and exhaust air. This means that this type of air lock can be connected to an existing ventilation system.
The material lock works according to the principle of low turbulence displacement flow with vertical air flow. The purity class is dependent on the adjoining rooms. Purity class 5 can be achieved which, according to DIN EN ISO 14644, corresponds to purity class A/B as per EC GMP Guidelines, Annex 1.
