To complete your cleanroom facility, we offer a comprehensive portfolio of cleanroom accessories. Whether CG distributor (laminarisers), lint grid or cleanroom curtain, we cover all your cleanroom needs. In the course of new buildings or during maintenance/filter replacement, our customers naturally also receive DIN-compliant clean-room filters (pre-filter and suspended matter filter). In addition, we supply spare and wear parts for all our cleanroom products.

Upon request, we gladly take over the installation of our accessories. A customer or flush mounting is of course also possible.

CG-Diffuser

Sterile air distributor for achieving a laminar air flow

The CG-Distributors are mounted directly on the air outlet and create a laminar air flow over the entire cross section of the air outlet surface. They consist of a stainless steel frame with a single- or double-sided stretched, microfine polyester fabric. Lamps can be mounted between the CG-Diffuser and the air outlet because the PE-fabric is translucent. A cleanable version is optionally available with a fine-meshed stainless steel mesh. The frame can be re-screened in the case of damaged fabric. We manufacture all CG-Diffusers according to individual dimensions.

Lint Grids

Return air grid for separating lint and fiber of the exhaust air from cleanrooms

The lint grids protect return air ducts from fibrous substancesand and dust particles. Thus sparing air-condition and behind placed filters are spared. The lint grid consists of a stainless steel frame (V2A stainless steel 1.4301) with a single-sided or optionally double-sided, fine-meshed stainless steel mesh. A microfine, translucent polyester fabric is also available. The lint grid is installed flush in the return air duct. Stainless steel ensures an easy cleaning process and is disinfectant proof.

The frame can be re-screened in the case of damaged fabric. We manufacture all Lint grids according to individual dimensions. Fabric samples are available upon request.

Antistatic Strip Curtain

Consisting of soft antistatic and light PVC strips that are pre-mounted on profiles. Each strip can be removed separately.

Dimensions per strip:
Width per strip: 300 mm
Thickness: 2 mm
With overlap of 50 mm between the curtains

Closed cleanroom curtain.

Made of light and soft antistatic PVC strips, thickness of 1.0 mm, UV stabilised.
Seam on the top contains a strengthening of PVC Trevira fabric in white colour. Riveted castors with a distance of approx. 250 mm, lower edge with shrink-wrapped lead cord (approx. 400 g / m).
Velcro strips are sewn onto the side of the fabric.

Thickness of 1.00 mm, crystal clear and UV stabilised.
The seam on the top contains a strengthening layer of PVC Trevira fabric in the white colour. Riveted castors with a distance of approx. 250 mm, lower edge with shrink-wrapped lead cord (approx. 400 g / m).
Velcro strips are sewn onto the side of the fabric.

Laser Protection Curtain

Laser Protection Curtain

The layer structure of the laser protection curtains consists of highly absorbent, non-combustible tissue. Several curtains can be connected using Velcro.

The suitability of the laser protection curtains for the respective application is subject to a case-by-case examination of the laser specification and is the responsibility of the Laser Protection Officer on site. Certification in accordance with DIN EN 60825-4 can be carried out only on site.
