In addition to a large number of increased requirements for injection moulded parts, such as increasing complexity or precision, the issue of product purity is extremely important.
Numerous applications in medical technology, pharmaceuticals, the food industry but also electronic and optical components require a controlled production environment.

To meet these increasing requirements, bc-technology offers various ideal solutions to ensure the required product quality.

Based on a comprehensive process analysis,together with our customers  we develop mobile and universally reusable island solutions and tailor-made injection moulding cleanrooms which also integrate upstream and downstream processes.
 
In the examples shown above, the injection moulding machines are situated outside of the cleanroom area. The tool areas are separated from the surrounding area by mini-environments and supplied with ultrapure air via fan filter units. The FFUs are mounted on a movable slide in order to enable tool changes.
