Description
With the Fan Filter Units for object protection, individual, user-specific clean workplaces and zones can be constructed. It is suitable for installation in various cleanroom ceilings, special frames and machine housings.
The device works according to the principle of low-turbulence displacement flow with a vertical air flow and meets the conditions for purity class 5 as per DIN EN ISO14644-1 corresponding to purity class 100 of the U.S. Fed. Std 209e.

Advantages:

• achieves a very high cleaning effect due to the floating particle filter and the fan units
• the ffus can also be easily retrofitted into a cleanroom ceiling
• with the installation of ffus, an increase in cleanroom class can be achieved
• the filters can be replaced on the cleanroom side without disassembling the module

 Options:

• mounting with air cooler, cooling capacity 1.5 kW (construction size bc-ffu12-12) for dry cooling with cold pump water 15°C/18°C
• CG-diffuser polyester white or stainless steel mesh
• swirl plate for turbulent mixed ventilation (reduced volume flow)
• installation of a lamp  in connection with a white diffuser or a light grid
• KMT outlet
• The housing is made of V2A stainless steel 1.4301, natural or brushed surface special dimensions.
