Calibration

• All measurement instruments or measurement displays must be regularly calibrated to ensure at all times that the displayed/printed measurement value is "correct".
• Calibration must be carried out on the specified date.
• Systems with overdue calibration must not be used.
• The calibration regulation contains the necessary calibration standards, permitted tolerances and calibration intervals.
• Detailed calibration records must be kept.
• If the results of the calibration deviate, Production and Quality Assurance must be informed immediately.
• The calibration data must be checked in terms of trends and any necessary corrective measures.
