Calibration
- All measurement instruments or measurement displays must be regularly calibrated to ensure at all times that the displayed/printed measurement value is "correct".
- Calibration must be carried out on the specified date.
- Systems with overdue calibration must not be used.
- The calibration regulation contains the necessary calibration standards, permitted tolerances and calibration intervals.
- Detailed calibration records must be kept.
- If the results of the calibration deviate, Production and Quality Assurance must be informed immediately.
- The calibration data must be checked in terms of trends and any necessary corrective measures.
