cleanroom lounge - Karlsruhe

On the next lounge, on 16.th to 18.th of March 2010, we'll put at the center our flexible and modular CleanoFlex system in a action-stage.
CleanoFlex can also be regarded as a save investment entry version in cleanroom technology.
In the action-stage we will present the features of our system.

Another parts of our presence will be a exhibition-stand and an expert lecture on the topic: "rising requirements on the flexibility and efficiency in production and research - what does it`s mean for the cleanroom technology?"

The organizers will etablishing to the great success of last year. The Karlsruhe exhibition center will be loaded back into a relaxed Athmospäre. About 4,000 visitors in the last year are counted.
For 2010, the lounges logged more than 150 exhibitors and partners, it will be held over 90 presentations for experts and beginners as well as developed numerous and exciting action-stages.

Another project office in the south of Germany

On January 2010, bc-technology GmbH opens its second project office in Winterlingen, in the south of Germany.  

bc-technology GmbH stands for a reliable, long-term partnership with its customers. This includes excellent service as well as fast-response local customer support.
In order to achieve this in the long term in an honest way, it was decided to found this project office. We are pleased to welcome Markus Huber to the team and to have found in him a partner who with his many years of experience in cleanroom technology brings with him all the requirements for the management of this branch.

Together with the whole team of bc-technology, he will manage the projects in the south of Germany.

With this step, bc-technology GmbH has been able to achieve a further important milestone after moving into its new building and opening its first project office in Berlin.

Cleanroom lamp optimised product range

August 2009: bc-technology GmbH has extended its product range and now produces its own cleanroom lamp bc-cl-2-55 at its location in Dettingen an der Erms.
The coffered light can be easily installed in all cleanroom ceilings and is used in all areas of cleanroom applications.
As it also meets maximum GMP standards requirements, it can also be safely and easily used in the pharmaceutical and medical industry.
Due to the usually highly demanding activities in cleanrooms and laboratories, maximum requirements are made especially in terms of light quality and light management.
Thanks to its ideally co-ordinated light quality, the bc-cl-2-55 ensures the concentration of the employees and prevents fatigue .
Reflections are prevented by the satinised glass cover, which is made of high quality, thermally hardened safety glass with an ESG seal of approval. Replacement of lights on the cleanroom side is also easily possible.
The housing is made of sheet steel epoxy / polyester powder-coated as per RAL 9010, although other colours are available on request.
The smooth, abrasion-resistant surface enables easy cleaning and disinfection.
Optimum sealing prevents the formation of gaps.
The lamp is also completely dust-proof and protected against splash water and corresponds to protection class IP54.

New project office in Berlin

On 01.03.2009, bc-technology GmbH opens its first project office in Berlin.  this step was mainly based on the improvement of customer proximity in northern Germany.  bc-technology GmbH stands for a reliable, long-term partnership with its customers. This includes excellent service as well as fast-response local customer support.
In order to achieve this in the long term in an honest way, it was decided to found this project office. We are pleased to welcome Dipl.- Ing. (TU) Harald Wodtke to the team and to have found in him a partner who with his many years of experience in cleanroom technology brings with him all the requirements for the management of this branch.
Together with the fitter Stefan Sperlich, from now on he will manage the projects in northern Germany in close co-operation with the whole team of bc-technology.

With this step, bc-technology GmbH has been able to achieve a further important milestone after moving into its new building. Therefore, the company is now also in an ideal position in northern Germany to be quickly on site "in an emergency".

Whether for traditional cleanrooms, mini-environments or a clean workplace, this system ensures a maximum degree of flexibility and reliability.
The modular design ensures a high number of design options. A clean working area can be designed for example with suspension from the ceiling or as a mounted, movable and therefore mobile solution.
With the integration of fan filter units, filter units and lights which can be individually adapted in terms of design, number and arrangement, all purity classes as per EN-ISO 14644-1 can be achieved.

A non-accessible ceiling can be converted to an accessible version at any time The standard grid sizes are 1200 mm x 1200 mm, 1200 mm x 900 mm or 1200 mm x 600 mm, but can be individually adapted to customer requirements.
With this system, fan filter units and other components can be flexibly installed at any point. Movement of a module or extension of the clean working area is easily possible thanks to the modern profile design.

As a mini-environment, CleanoFlex is an extremely cost-effective alternative to the traditional cleanroom. 

bc-technology moves into its new factory

In June 2009, the time had come - bc-technology GmbH was able to move into its new building on the industrial estate of Vogelsang in Dettingen/Erms.
As the company was no longer able to meet the growing requirements of its customers' at its previous headquarters in Karlstraße  in Dettingen/Erms, the company decided to build the new two-storey building.
The 850 square metres of effective floor space encompass a large production hall, storage rooms, social rooms and offices.
 
The company was founded in April 2005  by 3 ambitious young entrepreneurs and has since grown into a team of 13 highly qualified engineers, technicians, business people and fitters, most of whom have many years of experience in cleanroom technology.
bc-technology is regarded as an expert contact partner in all areas of cleanroom and air-conditioning technology. The main focuses are on hardware, plant manufacture and the service sector. Maintenance and qualifications on our own and on third-party systems are just as much a part of our core competencies as customised production of technical cleanroom equipment and systems of all types.
Our customers include renowned companies in Germany and neighbouring countries from the pharmaceutical, medical, biotechnology and food industries as well as from the fields of microelectronics, optics and laser technology.
