active personal air lock
Description
Personal air flow body shower with high quality cleaned air via recirculated air method.
Advantages:
- protects the cleanroom against particles through cleaning of personnel before entering the cleanroom
- as a "stand alone" solution or integrated in the cleanroom wall system
- turbulent mixed ventilation with directed jet nozzles
- air cleaning via two-stage filter system (G3 and H14)
- with EC blower
Material air locks - passiv
The hatches consist of galvanised, powder-coated sheet steel (standard RAL 9010, other colours are available on request). The inside of the hatches is made of stainless steel V2A. At the customer's request, the complete hatch can be made of stainless steel V2A.
The doors are glazed flush on both sides with 2 x 4 mm float glass.
All material hatches are equipped with an integrated air lock control incl. red /green lamp display. The doors are locked with an electromagnet.
actively ventilated material air lock
A fan and one (two) filter stages (F9 and H14) as well as an air lock control and lamp display are integrated in the material air lock.
The air lock is made of stainless steel V2A.
Both material air locks can also be subsequently installed in all wall types.
